How do I find all clients that were active on the Bid Match program at some point during the year?

It’s easy enough to find out which clients are currently active on the Bid Match program—just run the Bid Matching Clients report. But this report won’t show you those clients who may have been active just a few days, weeks, or months ago, but have since discontinued the service.

To find the total count of clients that were actively bid matching at some point during a time period, you must generate the 2007 version of DLA 1806 worksheet (Tools|Worksheets) for the time period that you are interested in. Then, refer to line 07c of the worksheet’s output. That’s the number you’re looking for!

If you’d like to run reports on this group of clients, click 07c’s total to open just those client records in the client record summary screen. Once these client records are displayed as a summary listing, you can run any client report against them—or send an e-mail to them.
