I just inactivated or reactivated a client's search profile. Why doesn't the client record reflect this?Although inactivation and reactivation requests are immediately processed by OutreachSystems, the new inactive or active status will not be reflected in the client record until we next synchronize your database with the profile updates we have made on your behalf. This synchronization occurs on a daily basis, typically during late evening or early morning hours. So, for example, if you activate a client at 8:00am, but we don’t synchronize your database until midnight, you won’t see the change reflected in WebCATS until the next morning. But even though it could take up to 24 hours for the client record to reflect the new active or inactive status, rest assured that your client was activated or inactivated shortly after you performed the edit in WebCATS. For more information on activating or inactivating search profiles, download the Bid Match Guide PDF, which provides a comprehensive discussion of the entire Bid Match program. |
